If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help.
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be in the same condition in which you received it.
Be unused and unworn, with all tags and original packaging intact.
Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
⚠️ Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away.
We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.
Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
Perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants)
Custom-made or personalized products
Personal care items (such as beauty products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If you’re unsure about the eligibility of your product, contact us before initiating the return.
The fastest way to get the correct item is to return the product you have, and once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.
If your order was shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it — for any reason and without justification.
As with other returns, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at alzhacareus@gmail.com.
Customers outside the European Union are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage until your return has been processed.
